Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Canada: 3–6 business days

International Shipping

For customers outside the U.S. and Canada, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (outside the U.S. and Canada) may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier.
